Austin Flores, MBA, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Director for Grimmius Cattle Co. – a family owned and operated cattle ranch. At the start of his career, Austin was hired when the calf ranch was growing to help with finance and accounting. However, during this time, he found his true calling in helping to grow and manage the Grimmius Cattle Team. When Austin started his role with Grimmius, his goal was to change the way Agriculture thought about labor.  Now, 10 years later, managing over 600 team members, this goal has remained his top priority. Austin was born and raised in Visalia, CA and always loved visiting the feed lot/calf ranch with Grandpa, Tom Grimmius, and Uncle, Randall Grimmius. Today, Austin still loves visiting the ranch but for a different reason:  to make a lasting impact within the organization and the lives of those who work there.
